  • Ebay newer policies on what you may say (and not say) in your listings

Lately, Ebay is popping up with a few Dont's just before listings are posted

These come up for me because all of my listings include verbiage that advises potential bidders not to bid if they don't like my final price including shipping, not to bid if they are not willing to take the time to leave and receive feedback, that I will not ship to anything other than a confirmed PayPal address (I post this on my regular Ebay/with PayPal accounts, and something similar about shipping only to the verified billing address of the buyer on my Merchant Account Only Ebay accounts) and so on.

I ignore the warnings, and Ebay hasn't molested me yet. I have maintained such "warnings" on my listings for many years.

Just something to be aware of though.

Thanks for keeping us up to date on what's going on. When I list my items I'll be sure to avoid those words.
