Seller Account suspended, buying account still ok for now but how long...?

I was suspended from Ebay for putting negative feedback in positive feedback section as a seller. Here in oz sellers do not have a negative feedback option...or neutral for that matter (is that worldwide now?).
I did it I think 5 times (for non payers) and they were investigating me as a buyer left negative feedback and complained...1 negative in 502 feedback score....so yes it wasnt warranted .

However....they have suspended my selling account, but my buying account is still open. Its only happened in the last 24 hours, paypal is linked as well as addresses, personal name and computer IP.

So are they just slow in finding my other account but will...?
or are they just half banning me as I wasnt too much of a naughty boy?
or is this a minor offence and after my heartfelt apology they will reinstate my account?

you may be okay.... once you try to turn your buyer acct into a sellers account you will immediately have that account suspended as well..... this happened to me a couple of years ago..

Once your suspended...Your suspended. But you could contact Modee for tech support so he could help you reinstate the ebay account. Your offense was minor and he should be able to lift your suspension. He won't be available for two months though.

Thanks John but I cant wait 2 months....shame hes gone. Anyone else that can assist or anything I can do to lift the suspension?
