Put one location but ship from another? - Drop Shipping? Will EBAY allow it?

Hi All,

I'm planning on selling some items and state on eBay that they are located in UK or any other random country, but in fact I plan to ship the items from Asia.

Does anybody know if it's "legal" or ok according to the eBay rules?
