Is this website visavcc.com legitimate? Offers virtual credit cards, ebay accounts

I saw some website like VisaVCC.com

They selling vcc for paypal, ebay and ebay acct(verified all).

Is it just crap site? or useful website?

As far as the virtual credit cards, I would stick with what we know works on EBAY:
Credit Card and Bank Account Options - Free EBAY, PayPal, Business and Law Forums - Ebay Suspension, PayPal Limited
for the most part, simon.com and giftcards.com in the U.S., and entropay in Europe.

That website you refer to does sell EBAY accounts, but they are Indian ones and for the most part worthless and will get shut down very quickly, especially if you try to use them outside of India. This is why they sell the accounts for under $200. because they are worthless.

I have had a few clients try to use these Indian accounts, and they are suspended quickly.
