HOW LONG does it take for EBAY listings to appear? Does using auctiva, etc. slow it?

It may be that my feedback is over 50 now, or that this particular EBAY account is more seasoned (over 3 months), but today when I posted an approximately $3K item instead of taking hours and hours to appear in search, it took just minutes.

I knew because within 15 minutes of posting someone had already found the listing and emailed me a "Question about Item."

Anyone?
