Ebay site sometimes has problems - "Feature Unavailable" or "Page not Responding"

Sometimes when trying to list an item or "Sell Similar," when you try to pass from the first auction listing page, to the second (final) one, you'll get this error:


and then when you try to Continue, this, even more final error:



When this happens, quitting your browser such that all cookies are deleted, and then logging back in sometimes allows you to list the item, but sometimes even this doesn't work, and you have to wait it out while the site functionality is restored. Just another day at Ebay.
