Google Voice - if you use it make certain to have it set so that calls go straight through, because if set for their system to require the caller to give his name, and then hold to be connected to you, this may not work for automated calls from Ebay.

I prefer getting a disposable cell phone for each Ebay account. It's worth it to me because I sell enough. As noted here
