please help !,..is there any web service of US Phone number to get TEXT / SMS for PP verification ??

this's st*ealth acct.& i'm not US-resident.

i have tried, any others tutorial outhere, but not work,..

i even use sonetel [.] c o m , but not work for paypal verification
