  • Foolproof Method To NOT Mix Up Accounts - virtual computers

Having many accounts with different IPs and information can be confusing, and not getting them linked or slipping up and accidently logging into the wrong account can easily happen.

A good idea is to have different computers for every account, but that is not practical.

On the other hand, you can use a virtual PC program such as VMWare to split up your PC into "virtual" computers, and each virtual computer can be used for one account with one set of information/IP.

You can also really differentiate each account by having each virtual PC running a completely different OS, resolution, browser, etc...

One account can run RedHat Linux at 1024x768 while one is running Windows Vista at 1680x1050 - just an added layer of randomized information to give eBay a harder time

This is a powerful method that will minimize you from mixing up your accounts, and keeps things nice and organized.

Each virtual computer can have files/settings dedicated to each eBay ID and what that ID is selling, it's a really handy method.

have you tried this personally? how many accounts have you managed to keep from suspension and how long? i was think about getting two different programs one was ghost platmium for spoofing ip addresses and another program to be able to operate different OS on the same pc. But if you can get something that is all rolled into one that would be awesome.

    please let me know thanks

So do we know if this method has any plus sides to it or will it just be a case of ammo to kick us off bay/pal?
      .
      It will be worth it.

This method definitely works and is the way to go! And yes I've done it personally.

Obviously if you are using completely separate computers (or their virtual equivalent), and a different IP address, you have solved most of the linking issues, but there are other ways that accounts are linked, which are outlined carefully in the Short List.
