Is eBay tracking mobile phones? Is it okay to access Ebay via mobile phones?

eBay has an application for iPhone. I used to use everyday to check my listings. Well, my account got suspended...

My question is; if I delete the app and reinstall on my iPhone, is there any chance to they track my new eBay account?

Ps. I've already changed my IP.
