ebay fees? How do I pay them? What method? Virtual or plastic credit card?

Ihave a 2001 ebay account i bought and i need to add a credit card or something to account.It had no card or whatever attached to it.
I went sell to add merchant info and ebay went to payment setup screen.
Asking for card or something to pay ebay fees.Can i use my walmart money card(with my real info) to use for ebay?or do i need a different one?
Can i just go to ebay account and add card?Thanks.
