Ebay negative feedback

HELLO I need help and am new here. I am an EBAY power seller and someone outside of USA had me do a BUY IT NOW. They left me a nasty negative ebay feedback. I am so upset over this as I used to have 100percent ebay feedback. Can anyone help..forget mutual withdrawal..she will NOt do that. IN her NEGATIVE FEEDBACK she said "PAYPAL REFUNDED MY MONEY" ..isn't that against EBay FEEDBACK RULES TO MENTION paypal???

i CALLED square trade AND THEY DON'T DO ANY MORE ebay FEEDBACK REMOVALS OR MEDIATIONS.
