I have used this one with Ebay and PayPal. Works fine.
Versus simon there are two differences:
1. Minimum on simon is $20. Minimum on giftcards.com is $25.
2. You need a credit card to purchase a simon ONLINE (obviously you can pay cash if there is a simon booth at your local shopping mall). A giftcard.com can be purchased online via an ACH transfer from your bank account.
