Same VCC for personal and premium PP accounts

It is recommendable use same VCC for verify one PP personal and other premium account? or better use two VCC?
Since both accounts are already linked by name/address/phone the VCC seems does not matter.

NEW: last report on supplier USA ACH enabled ATM card for international usage.(withdraw to USA bank)
WARNING: the Suntrust and Capital One virtual bank accounts are black listed by PP. Your account will be suspended in short time.

Does not matter as long as the PayPal system allows you to do this. For example, I have several Google Checkout accounts all using the same bank account.
