looking for advice on how to solve this. paypal has refused 3 of my attempts to add 3 different prepaid cards to 3 seperate accounts. im not sure if its a glitch or what. everything was working fine as of last monday.

Not sure what card you are using but the AMEX gift cards work.
AMEX (American Express) non reloadable gift cards work well for Ebay and PayPal - Free EBAY, PayPal, Business and Law Forums - Ebay Suspension, PayPal Limited
