Nineteen is a very good number. And that was the number of people logged onto ModeeWorld simultaneously this morning.

We’re on our way!

Had a copyright action (for myself) that turned out well recently. I had reserve action in mind, but the entity against which I was proceeding seems to have capitulated. All is well, the matter seems to have been resolved amicably for now.

Now I have about a month free to work on some motions for some cases I have coming up in May. Lot of work coming up.

I have some ideas to improve the forum with modifications that I will try to implement shortly, and I will eventually start putting in affiliate links.

Pretty much done with the hard work for the week. All downhill from here. Cheers!

Southern Cal weather: 71 degrees. 🙂

It was a tough day, but it’s over.  Finishing up paperwork and then some TiVO!  These late nights can be grueling.

A burning desire can transmute itself into its physical equivalent. If you truly DESIRE to do something so keenly that your desire is an obsession, you will have no difficulty in convincing yourself that you will do it. The object is to want to do it, and to become so determined to do it that you CONVINCE yourself you will do it.

Big day tomorrow, and the next, and the next!  Then, I’ll be less busy for a while, just paperwork.

The weather in southern Cal. is about perfect now.  Nothing to complain about there.

Up at 6:30AM tomorrow…so about time to turn in.
